My background combines financial regulation, governance, internal quality assurance and practical work with SMEs and non-profit organisations. This allows me to understand both sides of the problem: what external stakeholders ask for, and how difficult it can be for a small team to provide reliable answers quickly.

My work focuses on building simple ESG readiness systems: practical KPIs, organised documentation, clear responsibilities and reusable evidence packs that help businesses make better decision and respond to external requests with more confidence and less friction. Alongside my consultancy work, I deliver ad hoc webinars and seminars for professionals on practical ESG, governance and evidence-readiness topics.
